NL-Lab adheres to the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG). Personal data is processed in accordance with the legal provisions as required by the Personal Data Protection Act, and as of May 25, 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation. When executing agreements between NL-Lab and its customers, we need personal data for contact, verification of identity, payment details and feedback on test results.

Some of the data is also used for scientific analysis of test results. Here only the necessary data are used, namely test results, very limited clinical information but certainly no personal data.

As a company, we want to provide our customers with services that meet their needs. To do this, we use data to keep in touch, for example to send newsletters.

In addition, NL-Lab processes personal data of employees necessary for normal business operations.

NL-Lab ensures that as few people as possible have access to personal data. The computer systems where personal data is stored are only within NL-Lab's premises. These data are on secure hardware.

Your personal data will not be kept longer than necessary for the purposes described in this privacy statement or on the website, except for those cases where NL-Lab is required by law to keep the data.
