To send the sample to NL-Lab, Netherlands, you will need a UPS Express return label.

Creating a return label requires (personal) information. Fill out the form below and click the Send button. Within 1 business day you will receive an email with instructions for shipping via UPS.

Once you have received the instructions by email, you can proceed to step 2 of the instructions in the test kit.

The other materials needed to ship your medical sample are included in the test kit: a RigidSafetyBag and a return envelope coded with UN3373.
