Difference between consumer webshop and therapist portal:
The webshop only offers tests that are available to consumers. You can perform and interpret these basic tests independently.
Our more comprehensive PRO Expert and PRO Master packages are not in this webshop and can only be ordered through a registered healthcare professional. These packages measure additional parameters and biomarkers that require medical expertise.
If you work with a healthcare provider, please contact him or her directly to arrange the appropriate test.

Items in our webshop are available to anyone and do not require any specific medical knowledge.
The test kits have a delivery time of 3 to 5 business days. The results of a test are available within a maximum of 10 business days (after we receive the sample in our laboratory).
The listed prices include VAT and shipping costs within the Netherlands (to and from the lab). Shipping costs within Europe are calculated automatically. For shipments outside of Europe, please contact us.
